Trevor is an accomplished singer/songwriter and versatile musician, proficient on the guitar, banjo, piano, bass, drums, harmonica, and mandolin. He has over 20 years of experience as a teacher and a performer.  Genres include rock, jazz, blues, country, bluegrass, classical, and metal.  enjoys teaching students of all ages and levels.

Trevor studied jazz and classical styles on guitar under Dr. Douglas James and Mr. Todd Wright, as well as music theory on piano, at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.  While there he was a member of the Appalachian State Jazz Ensemble, Guitar Ensemble, and the Gospel Choir.

His approach to teaching is focused a balance between working hard and having fun!  Theory and technique are important as well a finding out what inspires the student about music so that they can naturally grow and learn how to play.  The goal his to teach them how to teach themselves whatever they want to learn.

$25 per 30-minute lesson
$35 per 45-minute lesson
$45 per 60-minute lesson
